Barbara Muller-Wilson is a graduate from the University of Michigan & Michigan State Law School, formally known as, Detroit College of Law School, 1988. She is a member of the Consumer Law and Real Property Law Section of the Michigan State Bar. She is licensed to practice debt collection in Michigan in the Western and Eastern District of Federal court and licensed in the Gun Lake Tribal court.
Barbara’s practice focuses on Creditors’ Rights and Real Property Law. She regularly speaks on credit management issues and collection techniques. Barbara has presented on topics regarding the enforcement of out-of-state judgments, as well as, various creditors’ rights subjects. She has sat as a member and chair of the Zoning Board & Appeals for Cascade Township. Barbara is also the President of Risk Management Associates, an organization dedicated to the education of credit lenders. She is also a volunteer at Cochlear Companies, assisting the hearing impaired.
