Richard Muller has been practicing law since 1998. His expertise lies in the area of commercial collection law, consumer law, retail collection law, contract law, business law and real estate law. He primarily advises and represents businesses and individuals who have issues related to contracts and debt collection servcies in Michigan. He secondarily advises and represents businesses and individuals who have issues related to real estate.
Richard graduated from Detroit Catholic Central, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit, and his law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, (where he received Dean’s List and Honor Roll awards). Richard spent a lot of his time at Thomas M. Cooley Law School working with the indigent and the Cooley Outdoors Club where he held the title of President for 3 years. This allowed Richard to help those in need and to enjoy the many great outdoor experiences that the State of Michigan has to offer.
Richard is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Court. Richard works hard and prides himself on developing long lasting, high quality client relationships.
